MEASURE OUR FEET
Converse sizing is unique and sneaker-specific. While Converse Standard Sneakers are expected to run true to size, be sure to use the size chart associated with each product to ensure a comfortable fit. If you’re uncertain, refer to the size message located above the size selector on the specific product page.

Before you begin measurements, slip on the type of socks you’ll wear with your sneakers. We recommend measuring feet in the afternoon, as feet typically swell throughout the day. Make sure your weight is evenly distributed before measuring.

STEP 1
Stand up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall and a piece of blank paper taped to the floor, flush against the wall beneath your foot.

STEP 2
Enlist the help of a friend to mark the longest part of your foot (referred to as heel-to-toe length) on the paper with a pen or pencil – or measure yourself if necessary. Repeat with the other foot, as sizing may vary. (Your feet are sisters, not twins.)

STEP 3
Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length marked for each foot.

You’ve navigated through all of Converse.in’s menus, used all our filters, and even typed what you’re after in the search bar… Still can’t find the specific item you’re looking for?

Call our Customer Service Team, and we’re happy to help you find the sneakers or apparel you have in mind.

All products from the Asia Region are manufactured in China, Vietnam, India, and Indonesia. The product will be sent in random order and based on product stock availability; therefore, we cannot confirm which country-made product will be sent to you.

We certainly hope not! Unfortunately, counterfeiters have become so skilled at making convincing knock-offs that it can be difficult to spot the fakes. The best way to ensure you’re getting an authentic Converse product is to shop on Converse.in, at a Converse-owned retail store, or with reputable and trusted retailers.

If you are thinking of purchasing, but are unsure if a retailer is a Converse Authorized reseller, our Customer Service Team can help you to verify.

Found your new favorite sneakers but they’re not available in your size? No worries! While we don’t have a set schedule to restock sold-out items, we refill our inventory continuously, giving you quicker access to the shoes and gear you want.

We also offer an opportunity to sign up to receive email notifications of when some of our products come back in stock. Simply provide your email address if you see a NOTIFY ME button next to a product that you’d like to receive inventory updates on in your size.

For best results, we recommend cleaning your Converse sneakers immediately after exposing them to dirt or stains.

Before you begin, test the cleaning process on a hidden section of the sneaker, such as the outer edges of the tongue. This ensures that your cleaning solution will not affect the color or material.

Find our best tips for cleaning your kicks below. (Hint: NEVER in the washer and dryer!)

TO CLEAN CANVAS, LEATHER/SYNTHETIC SNEAKERS:
First, remove any excess dirt before cleaning the outsole. Once removed, use a damp cloth and a mix of lukewarm water with a mild soap to gently rub the sneaker in the affected areas. When you’re satisfied with the results, air dry your shoes at room temperature.

TO CLEAN SUEDE SNEAKERS:
Due to the type of material suede consists of, we do not recommend using water in the cleaning process. Instead, remove excess dirt with a suede brush.

TO DRY SNEAKERS:
Regardless of which style of Converse you’re cleaning, we suggest allowing your sneakers to air dry at room temperature. Stuff cleaned shoes with paper to maintain the shape, occasionally changing the paper throughout the drying process. To prolong the life of your sneakers, do not apply direct heat.

*DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES*
